Kwabena Yeboah-Asuamah is a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Justice in Ghana and has broad experience representing and assisting clients in various practice areas.
In his professional practice, Kwabena provides legal advice to clients, assisting them with the requirements of the law specific to their industry to best guide them in their business enterprise and investment drive. He represents and assists clients in litigation, mediation, arbitration, negotiation and dispute resolution. Kwabena also advises clients on estate administration, contract negotiation, debt recovery and due diligence.
As a Lawyer in Ghana, he assisted leading financial institutions with commercial debt recovery. He also represented and assisted State-owned companies.
Kwabena holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He also holds a Professional Law Certificate and a Certificate of Enrollment on the Roll of Lawyers in the Republic of Ghana from the Ghana School of Law. Kwabena speaks English and is a Member of the Ashanti Bar Association and the Ghana Bar Association.
