Djami Diallo is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and to the District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is actively involved in matters relating to investments, trade et Industries (corporate and business law, contract law,) natural resources (Mining Law, Hydrocarbons Law, Forestry Law) and infrastructures (Energy law, and telecommunications law). As such, she has represented and advised in several due diligences for the financing of large-scale projects. She has also represented and advised financial institutions and investors in the implementation of projects in countries applying OHADA law, specifically for the creation, operation and dissolution of companies, as well as the for the constitution of security interests.
She also represents and advises clients in commercial litigation before American courts.
Djami holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in international economics and international affairs from the American University of Paris (2010) and a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University (2014).
