Kinshasa

At our Kinshasa office, our team of lawyers, legal consultants, and mining and quarries agents advises and assists clients on issues pertaining to business law, particularly trade law, corporate law, tax law, labour and social security law, administrative law, and natural resources law (mining, hydrocarbons and forestry). With regard to these areas of practice, the firm has, among others, advised the DRC government in the reform of the mining sector’s tax, customs, and exchange legal frameworks. We regularly work with national and international investors in the drafting, negotiation, and renegotiation of mining, oil, and production-sharing agreements. Our lawyers are competent to handle all types of civil, commercial, administrative and tax litigations and disputes as well as arbitration. They also serve as interfaces in the legal disputes that take place outside of the DRC.
