It provides legal professionals (barristers, agents, attorneys, magistrates and judges) and researchers (students, lecturers in legal subjects and others) as well as economic and social operators with a legal database, updated on a regular basis, of laws, regulations, judiciary decisions, and analyses from lawyers on issues regarding legal doctrines and matters.

Through its ” JuriDoc ” section, law professionals, law researchers and socio-economic operators access, online, official gazettes from the Belgian Congo era, official gazettes from the then Congo, current official gazettes, laws and regulations in force, orders handed down by appeals courts and decisions from the Supreme Court of Justice.

” JurInfo “, the second section of Juricongo, is in actuality an electronic review of general legal information. Law professionals, law researchers and socio-economic operators are able to freely access information on the status of laws slated for vote in the Senate and National Assembly, as well as on the promulgation of new laws (legislative news), the issuance of ordinances, decrees, ministerial and inter-ministerial decrees, and other circulars from the administration (regulatory briefs), and recent decisions by courts and tribunals in the DRC (judiciary chronicle). Visitors and members will have the opportunity to access our analyses of current legal matters as conducted by our expert lawyers.

” JuriBoutique “, the third section of Juricongo, is the hub for the electronic sale and online consultation of legal publications such as law books, studies on legal and regulatory instruments (unheard of, rare and special), courts and tribunals decisions, administrative circulars, etc…
