Mr. TIMOTHEE TSEKI ZALABATU

Holding an LLB in economic and social law from the University of Kinshasa, Mr. Timothée TSEKI NZALABATU earned a specialist degree in business law and private law from the Univesity of Cergz Paoatrise in France from 2004 to 2006.  

Before being sworn in as a lawyer in 2001, Mr. TSEKI NZALABATU has been a Barrister before Kinshasa courts. He joined Cabemery in 2001. In his professional law practice, he works in the following fields: mining law; companies law; administrative law; intellectual rights law and international trade law.
