Mr. Gabriel KAZADI MUTEBA

has been practing law since October 2004 in the capacity of Barrister registered with the Bar of Lubumbashi.

He mainly works in matters relating to administrative law, criminal law, mining and hydrocarbon law, commercial law, companies law, labour law, civil law  of obligations, assets and persons as well as insurances law.

Mr. Gabriel Kazadi Muteba advises, stands for, concludes and if need be, pleads in litigations relating to disputes on falling within the juridisdiction of the fields of law mentioned above not only for physiocal persons but also for legal persons that he assists or represents. He therefore works in the procedure of the incorporation of companies, the analysis of the conformity of companies deeds and the drafting of various procedure deeds.

Mr. Gabriel Kazadi Muteba is   an LLD in public law from the University of Lubumbashi and is currently studying for an advance law degree at the same university. He is also a consultants for several human rights associations operating in Lubumbashi.
