In addition to its expertise in the legal assessment of projects as well as in special administrative litigation, Cabemery assists and represents its clients in all the dispute types pertaining to its areas of practice. On administrative litigation specifically, the Firm intervenes in the drafting and submission of administrative appeals (preliminary or hierarchical) and represents its clients before the administrative chambers of appeals courts as well as before those of the Supreme Court of Justice when the preliminary proceedings fail.
