For companies and financial institutions involved in various transactions or looking to finance projects in the various areas of economic and social activity in the DRC (purchasing of shares in existing companies, acquisition of new projects), Cabemery assesses, on their behalf, the conformity of their projects, company deeds, licenses and permits with the laws and regulations currently in effect in the DRC. The Firm also contacts, on the behalf of its clients, the issuing authorities with a view to establishing the legality and authenticity of the various documents needed for the lawful exercise of their economic or social activities in the country.
