Corporate Law is one of the areas of practice most dealt with by Cabemery. In this context, the firm advises its clients on matters relating to the incorporation, merger, transformation, liquidation and/or bankruptcy of commercial companies. The firm further plays a key role in the legal assistance it provides its clients in litigations between companies as well as in the settlement of internal disputes between associates or groups of associates. Cabemery also specializes in the issuance of legal opinions on the compliance of incorporated or incorporating commercial companies with DRC legislation and counsels foreign companies as to the rules and regulations appertaining to their legal establishment and operation on the territory of the DRC.
