With regard to international investments, we assist and advise our clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, and represent them in dealings with the government agencies concerned with their investments.
We also help our clients prepare and file applications with national agencies and administrations which promote financial and corporate investments, and obtain for them the special tax and customs statuses as well as the various exchange advantages and privileges offered by the Investment Code. We accompany the clients approved under the various regimes of the Investments Charter in the implementation of their projects, ensuring compliance with regulations in such procedures as the incorporation of subsidiaries, the registration of companies with employment and tax authorities, and the acquisition of the various authorizations and permits delivered as a result of agreements with the monetary and exchange authorities.
Furthermore, we advise and assist our clients in the settlement of disputes and conflicts resulting from the interpretation and implementation of the Investment Code.
