In this work, the author proceeds to criticism, without complacency, of the regulation, relating to importation of an aircraft, in force regarding their exploitability in Congolese aerial space. Questions relating to importation authorization granting prerequisites are looked into on administrative and technical planes.  Juridical problems raised by the registration and administrative check out of aircraft navigability as well as special system that should be that of aircraft in leasing. Those items make this work more than topical and premonitory that it gives interesting tracks in the framework of research of a new policy of aerial float renewal in Democratic Republic of the Congo.
