After he obtained his Bachelor in economic from the University of Kinshasa, Mr. Edmond CIBAMBA first took his oath as Judicial Attorney at the County Court of Kinshasa. He took his oath as a Lawyer on August 21, 2001 and was registered on the board of Bar of Mbandaka. He is a partner of Cabinet Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associés since 2002 in all the questions related to taxation, corporate, insurance policy, mines and hydrocarbon, labour, commercial right, transport and investment law. He had a special training in law from OHADA.
He was an assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Kinshasa where he taught fiscal law, public finance, financial and insurance policy right. He is also a mines and quarry Attorney. Tel : (+243) 998 54 40 00
