It intervenes as advisor on forest developer interpretating and implementing legislation and forest regulations, set out in Law No. 011/2002 dated August 29, 2002 pertaining to the Forestry Code and its regulations. The firm intervenes in the conversion of old forestry rights such as letters of intent and supply guarantees, forestry concession issuance applications as well as in the implementation of obligations emanating from the new forestry law.
