Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Asociés is a firm of jurist and Business lawyers in Democratic Republic of Congo. Created in 1995 on the initiative of Me Emery MUKENDI WAFWANA, Lawyer to the bar of Kinshasa/Gombe, the cabinet has its main office in Kinshasa, capital of the DRC, and a secondary office in Lubumbashi, economic capital and mining city. It has in its center a score of Lawyers and Juristes of several Bars of the Democratic Republic of Congo, in fact the bars of Kinshasa/Gombe; Kinshasa/Matete; Lubumbashi; Bandundu; Mbandaka and Matadi. It resorts to the professionals of finances, economy, to that and accountancies for the extra-legal management of the businesses which its customers entrust to him.  

Our firm is made up of Lawyers and jurists who  belong to international organizations of Lawyers such as the international union of Lawyers “UIA”, International Bar Association “IBA”, International association of young Lawyers “AIJA”, European Association of Lawyers “EAL”, SADC Lawyer' S Association.
