Bachelor of Law (economic and social) from University of Kinshasa, Mr. Emery MUKENDI WAFWANA has first of all been judicial Attorney at the County Court of Kinshasa, before becoming Secretary General and Legal Advisor of Air Transport Office. In this framework, he has participated in several conferences and meetings on air transport and civil aviation in within the context of CPTA/FEC, Conseil Supérieur de l'Aviation Civile, CAFAC and other forums. Soon after taking his oath as a Lawyer in October 16, 1995 and his registration to the board of the Bar of Kinshasa/Gombe, he creates Cabinet Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associés. In the practice of law, he actively intervenes in the following fields: air law mining hydrocarbon law, investment law, forestry law, administrative law and litigation process. He is interested as well in the law of NTIC.
