Graduated in right from the Protestant University to Congo before taking oath as Lawyers of the Bar of Kinshasa / Matete, Mr. Benoît TSHIBANGU ILUNGA is joining the Cabinet Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associés  on October 2006 where he works in the domains in relation with the mining right and hydrocarbons, right of the insurances, right of the competition, right of the international trade, aerial right and tax right.
