Bachelor of Law from the University of Kinshasa (economic and social law), he is a Lawyer at the Bar of Bas-Congo with his residence in Matadi (DRC) sine September 10, 1996.  He has performed in Cabinet PANDI NKIAMA before he opened his own: "Cabinet ZAKAYI & ASSOCIES" in 2001.

He was a member of the Bar order Council of Bas Congo where he worked as secretary of the order from 2003-2004. He teaches civil course of procedure, economic and social law at Institut Supérieur Technique et de Commerce (ISTC) in Matadi since 2000. Active partner of Cabinet Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associés, he deals with the following areas: sea, forestry, business law, family and patent right.
