The prospect of a significant increase of foreign investments in Africa leads the African States to, individually or collectively, take a challenge in the energy, civil engineering, transportation, telecommunications infrastructures and other. The objective pursued by these countries is to reduce the costs of production and improve their competitiveness to attract the flow of direct foreign investments toward the African continent.
